Scope and contractual partners
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations for ski courses, snowboard courses and rental equipment made using the reservation form on the ON SNOW snow sports school website.
1.2 The contractual partner and therefore responsible for running the courses and providing the equipment is the ON SNOW snow sports school.
Reservation and conclusion of contract
2.1 Reservations using the online reservation form represent a non-binding inquiry.
2.2 The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the ON SNOW snow sports school. Acceptance takes place by handing over or electronically sending a provisional booking confirmation.
Scope of services
3.1 The ON SNOW snow sports school undertakes to provide the services specified in the reservation.
3.2 The price does not include lift fees.
pay
4.1 Payment of the course fees and the rental fees for equipment is made on site on the day the service is used.
4.2. Payment can be made in cash, with EC or credit card.
Cancellation and Changes
5.1 Cancellations and changes to the reservation can be made at any time without cancellation fees. This also applies to weather-related cancellations.
Liability
6.1 The ON SNOW snow sports school is not liable for damage or losses caused by participants during the course or when using the rental equipment.
Minimum requirements and security
7.1 Participants are obliged to inform themselves about the minimum requirements of the courses. Normal physical and mental fitness is required.
Final provisions
8.1 Changes or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
8.2 If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
